Kundalini practice in 1974 was the introduction to physical meditation after crucifying my knees in zazen counting my errant breaths.
Yoga was unknown to me as a personal practice until my wife urged me to come to class. It has been only six months, but this 56 year old athlete's body is being introduced to the other members of its composition - the nervous, muscular, respiratory, etc. New relationships are being formed, much dialogue is occurring and growth is the result. I am having a blast! Folks if there is a problem in your life, there is an answer for you to find in yoga.
